Recomendaciones para el uso de fajas / Recommendations for the use of shapewear

Para fajas que se utilizarán después de una cirugía :

  • Utilizarla desde el momento de la cirugía.
  • Hidratar muy bien el cuerpo.
  • Cuando sede  la inflamación la faja debe ser reducida en una talla que es la que la prenda lo permite.
  • En el momento de la postura la piel debe estar totalmente limpia de todo jabón quirúrgico.
  • Lavar a mano, usar jabones suaves, secar a la sombra y no retorcer.

 

For shapewear that are used after surgery:

 

  • Use from the time of surgery.

Para Fajas que se utilizaran a diario:

  • Utilizarla el mayor tiempo posible  para que pueda obtener buenos resultados.
  • Mantener la piel limpia e hidratada.
  • Lavar a mano, usar jabones suaves, secar a la sombra y no retorcer para conservar las propiedades de las telas.

 

Recomendamos tomar mucho líquido de 1 ½ a 2 litros de agua al día, y mucho más si aparte de usar la faja practicamos algún tipo de deporte, la deficiencia de líquido o deshidratación produce en nuestro cuerpo perdidas de fuerza, de reflejos, aumento en la frecuencia cardiaca, calambres en los músculos de las piernas, baja presión arterial, vómitos, nauseas, dolor de cabeza entre otros.

 

Puede que al principio nos cueste aguantar la faja por la presoterapia que ejerce en nuestro cuerpo, es por esto la importancia de escoger una talla de faja adecuada, no pruebes con tallas mas pequeñas de las que puedas usar. El verdadero éxito de que nuestro cuerpo se moldee es el uso diario, ejercer una constancia, comenzando los primeros días de 4 a 5 horas diarias por dos semanas para acostumbrar a nuestro cuerpo, luego de las dos semanas aumentar las horas de 8 y máximo 10 horas. Nunca utilizar la faja para dormir ya que se puede ver afectado nuestro sistema circulatorio.

Your first order is your fitting room. If your compression garment doesn't fit or you don't like it for any reason(s) you can return your body shaper back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will cover your return shipping by including a pre-paid return label on your order.  Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and then send you the size you want in exchange. This policy only applies to the first order purchased after January 1, 2017.

Ideally, you will base it on your waist & hips measurements & then compare with our size chart on each garment. If you don’t have measurements we recommend as follow:
High Compression: Size UP 1 Size from your regular size (Ex: If you are M order an L)
Medium Compression: Size UP 2 Sizes from your regular size (Ex: If you are M order an XL)
