How to Exchange your Garment
- This is my first time Shopping at All About Shapewear and I worried about the fit? Your first order is your fitting room. If your shapewear doesn't fit you can exchange your Body Shaper back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will cover your return shipping on your first order by including a pre-paid label with your original delivery to provide a hassle-free Exchange Experience. You can also call us (866-777-2307) or email us (email@example.com) or contact us via our contact form about the fit issue. Once we receive your exchange, we will take care of the exchange or full credit store for you.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your full store credit/exchange.

- Please request an Exchange here, fill out the form with your name, email and order number.
- You will need your order number and email address associated with your order. Please contact Customer Service if you cannot find your invoice.
- Print the confirmation email and include your item(s). If you are unable to print the email, please include your invoice or order number so we may process your full credit store/exchange.
- If you know what item you like to receive for an exchange, please include that in the return notes (found on the form)
- Remember that we do not REFUNDS, we provide a change of product or size depending on your needs.
- The first time you make a change is TOTALLY FREE, if you make a second change you will have an additional cost of $10
- We do not make refunds of money, we give you a store credit so you can change your garment for any item equal or higher than the amount you bought.
Item(s) must be in New condition for an exchange of full store credit. Of the iTEM(S) arrive in any other than "New Condition" a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price) will be charged, or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.
- Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by All About Shapewear.
- Items over 30 days will be offered a gift certificate minus a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price).
- Items over 90 days will not be accepted for either a gift certificate.
- All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday ship within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
- We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
- USPS orders after 5 PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5 PM EST will not ship until the following business day (Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
- We cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by our carriers (DHL & USPS).
- Packages are shipped in discreet packaging.
- We offer USPS options for domestic and DHL for international customers.
- We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING in the US. Upgrades are available for Express Saver and Priority Mail at a discounted rate.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that was delivered by the carrier.
