All About Shapewear - Fajas Colombianas. (the "Company") warrants its products to be free from defects of materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as fading, discoloration, or stretching or shrinking due to washing or drying, damage due to the failure to follow washing or drying instructions, or damage due to the use of improper cleaning materials. In the event that you believe there is a defect in materials or workmanship, you must send or bring in the product to the Company for a warranty evaluation within Thirty days of purchase. Please prepare a note explaining the nature of the defect and the problem area on the product. We recommend that you use insured postage and use a carrier that provides parcel tracking information since the Company is not responsible for lost items. If the Company determines there is a defect of materials or workmanship, the Company will repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product of the same size. Failure to provide notice to the Company of a suspected defect in materials or workmanship within thirty days of purchase shall constitute a waiver of all claims with respect to the product. 

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE, DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR OTHER PROPERTY OR REVENUE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE DAMAGE, INJURY OR LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF THE COMPANY. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY THE COMPANY, AND THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute under this Limited Warranty shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Silver Spring, Maryland.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING AT ALL ABOUT SHAPEWEAR AND I WORRIED ABOUT THE FIT?

Your first order is your fitting room. If your compression garment doesn't fit or you don't like it for any reason(s) you can return your body shaper back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will cover your return shipping by including a pre-paid return label on your order.  Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and then send you the size you want in exchange. This policy only applies to the first order purchased after January 1, 2017.

HOW CAN I SELECT MY SIZE?

Ideally, you will base it on your waist & hips measurements & then compare with our size chart on each garment. If you don’t have measurements we recommend as follow:
High Compression: Size UP 1 Size from your regular size (Ex: If you are M order an L)
Medium Compression: Size UP 2 Sizes from your regular size (Ex: If you are M order an XL)

Once you place an order it will take from 3 to 5 business days for the Garment to arrive at your residence.
